• Warranty and Support: Post-installation support and warranty services

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal right to own and modify the vehicle in question
• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Gear Thrust
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Product availability is subject to change without notice
• Prices are subject to change until order confirmation

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full before service commencement unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
• For installation services, a deposit may be required upon booking
• All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment
• Custom orders and modified products are non-refundable
• Installation services are non-refundable once commenced
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days when applicable

5. Installation Services

5.1 Pre-Installation Requirements

• Vehicle must be in roadworthy condition
• Customer must provide accurate vehicle specifications
• Vehicle must be clean and accessible for installation
• Any existing modifications must be disclosed

5.2 Installation Process

• Installation times are estimates and may vary based on complexity
• Additional work required during installation may incur extra charges
• We reserve the right to stop installation if safety concerns arise
• Customer approval is required for any additional work or charges

5.3 Post-Installation

• Customer must inspect work upon completion
• Any concerns must be reported within 7 days
• Break-in periods may apply to certain modifications
• Follow-up inspections may be required

6. Warranties

6.1 Product Warranties

• Products carry manufacturer warranties as specified
• Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer
• Warranty claims must be processed through Gear Thrust
• Misuse or improper maintenance voids warranty

6.2 Installation Warranty

• Installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months
• Warranty covers defects in installation only
• Normal wear and tear is not covered
• Warranty is void if modifications are made by third parties

6.3 Warranty Limitations

• Warranties do not cover consequential damages
• Racing or competition use voids all warranties
• Warranties are non-transferable
• Maximum liability is limited to the cost of service provided

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Provide truthful and complete vehicle and contact information
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all modifications comply with local laws and regulations
• Insurance: Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for modified vehicles
• Maintenance: Follow recommended maintenance schedules for installed accessories
• Safety: Use modified vehicles responsibly and within legal limits

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Gear Thrust's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of use or enjoyment of vehicle
• Racing or competition activities
• Modifications made by third parties
• Normal wear and tear

8.2 Vehicle Modifications Disclaimer

• Modifications may affect vehicle warranty and insurance
• Performance gains are estimates and may vary
• Customer is responsible for legal compliance
• MOT and emissions compliance is customer's responsibility

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website is protected by intellectual property laws
• Customers may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission
• Product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners
• Custom tuning files remain the property of Gear Thrust

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
